ELIGIBILITY & PROCEDURE

Eligibility
Candidate who has passed II PUC conducted by the Karnataka Pre University Board or any other Examination considered equivalent there by this university is eligible for admission to the first Semester of B. A and B. S. W., Degree Course.

For B.Sc.

A candidate who has passed the two years Pre-University Examination conducted by the Pre-University Education Board in Karnataka /(Class 12) or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission to this program.

Generally, a candidate to opt for a subject should have studied that subject at the qualifying examination.

Psychology may be exceptions to this requirement. But additional Conditions of Eligibility are required for specific subjects as follows:

1. Candidates to opt for Physics should have studied Mathematics in addition to Physics at the qualifying examination.
2. Candidate to opt Botany or Zoology should have studied that subject or Biology at the qualifying examination.

For B.Com.

A candidate who has passed two years of Pre-University Examination conducted by the Pre-University Education Board in the State of Karnataka/(Class 12) or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission.

For BCA

A candidate who has passed two years of Pre-University Examination conducted by the Pre-University Education Board in the State of Karnataka/(Class 12) or Three years Diploma in Engineering of Government of Karnataka any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission.

Procedure:

1. Application for admissions will be called during the month of March.
2. Filled forms should reach us on or before the stipulated date mentioned in the registered form.
3. An entrance exam will be held for the freshers.
4. Date of interview will be intimated to the parents.
5. Date of joining and commencement of the classes will be informed separately.

Documents to be submitted at the time of submitting duly filled in Application Form

1. Duly filled in application form.
2. Photocopy of Marks Cards.
3. Revised Caste / Income certificate.

Documents to be produced at the time of admission

1. PUC Original Marks Card or Provisional marks card duly signed by the Head of the Institution.
2. SSLC Marks card (Photocopy)
3. T. C. Original + One Photocopy of the same.
4. Caste Certificate (2 Photocopies)
5. Income certificate if within Rs. 2,50,000/- (2 Photocopies)
6. Passport size photos – 4 and stamp size photo – 1
7. Undertaking – 2 copies
8. Applicant Bank Pass book Photocopy
9. Aadhaar Card 2 Photocopies

Fee Structure

Fee structure will be announced at the time of admission
Students belonging to SC / ST and backward tribes are exempted from the payment of the following fees:

a. Tuition Fee
b. Library Fee
c. Admission Fee
d. University Fee
e. Sports Fee
f. Reading Room Fee

Students whose parent’s / guardian’s income does not exceed 2,50,000/- per annum , are exempted from payment of tuition fees and University examination fee only. Other fees as specified above have to be paid to the college. Students who claim exception of fees are informed to submit the income certificate duly sighed by the Revenue Authority
