Soft skill training

Soft skill training in alliance with the placement cell involves structured programs designed to enhance students’ interpersonal, communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills, in addition to their technical competencies. These training sessions are often conducted in collaboration with industry partners and are integrated into the campus recruitment process to prepare students for job placements and professional environments.
